Inactive accounts are set to 30 days,after the 30 days your account will be suspended and your sites will not show in rotation.
peakhourtraffic.com forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal. This includes anything pornographic ? (Even anything remotely - This includes Male/Female Enhancement type products, Sexual Aids etc,this also includes links or banners to these types of sites), racist, abusive, hate, anything political (no politics period), anything that discriminates a person, group or race (no discrimination period, and this means any side of the fence, OK!) , or anything that may possibly offend. (non-family friendly sites will not be allowed!) Sites must not contain any type of popup ads (including javascript errors), code downloads, frame breaker code, or site rotation code. Admin reserves the right to approve or reject the site. NO PTP, warez, or illegal content allowed. Sites that are incomplete or under construction will not be accepted.Click Bank sites with exit pages and Tester Sites,Rotators or Promo Walls are not accepted.
Sites must load and display within 10 seconds. Members must have at least one valid site in rotation at all times with credits assigned. peakhourtraffic.com reserves the right to cancel a Members account for any stated reasons above. We enforce this policy to ensure a safe and professional environment for the users of our system.
Peak Hour Traffic does not accept members from Pakistan.
No Medical Marijuana Sites or links to them.
Any Member with Sites that do not adhere to the above Terms will be Deleted from our Data Base Immediately and Permenantly!
In fairness to all members we do not allow more than two (2) of the same ads in site rotation, banner ads, text ads or PTC ads (i.e. the same URLs or images promoting the same website). (Otherwise it only gets boring for our members watching the same 25 ads over and over again)
If peakhourtraffic.com even has the slightest suspicion that you are trying to cheat or fraud peakhourtraffic.com or any of it's Members your account will be terminated immediately!
You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have all accounts deleted. Members MUST agree to receive emails from our system regarding news, updates, or special offers. Bounced or returned emails, or the use of an autoresponder will result in the cancellation of Members account. We respect your privacy and we do not share, rent or sell any Member information with any other parties.
Account Cash
Any Account cash earned must be used or spent inside this Traffic Exchange for Upgrading your Membership account, purchasing advertising banner ads, featured ads, sponsor ads, text ads and PTC ads.
Referral Commissions
$0.25 for each verified referral !
Commissions can be withdrawn when your account has $20.00,
You must have a Google pay account.
Payment Policies
Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Member's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis, All sales, including credits, advertising and upgrades are final. Sorry No refunds. Period! peakhourtraffic.com reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Cancellation
Member is allowed to cancel their account at any time, with out notice. This action will also remove any sites, credits, or cash you may have and cannot be reversed. No refunds including cash, credits, upgrades or unused advertising will be refunded to the member.
Cash Payout
Commissions can be withdrawn when a member reaches $5.00 in their account.
How do I earn commissions,you earn by referring new members that upgrade their account or purchase advertising.
Account Cash
Any Account cash earned must be used or spent inside this Traffic Exchange for Upgrading your Membership account, purchasing advertising banner ads, featured ads, sponsor ads, text ads and PTC ads.
Lawful Purpose
Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless peakhourtraffic.com for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.
Password Protection
Member is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password. peakhourtraffic.com will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.
Disclaimer
peakhourtraffic.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. peakhourtraffic.com cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. peakhourtraffic.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Member understands that peakhourtraffic.com services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail. peakhourtraffic.com shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
